Hello!!!

Entre uma exaustão feliz, a minha cabeça nunca pára como sabem. Ainda a uma semana do final das gravações com algumas lágrimas de exaustão e saudade, um bocado de mau feitio devido à maluqueira emocional que é fazer duas personagens num ritmo noveleiro, ontem deitei-me na cama a pensar:

O que vou fazer ao meu cabelo?

Pensamento fútil para alguns, mas eu adoro mudar. Até ponderei rapar o cabelo, mas levei logo com umas quantas vozes a dizer “não podes isto e aquilo”, e não sei se será uma crise de idade mas estou doida com rainbow hair. Se soubesse que não sairia tudo na primeira lavagem era isto que fazia. Vejam lá as imagens que saquei!

E já agora… O que acham que devo fazer a este cabelinho?

Ahhh! Estou mega orgulhosa, esta semana ainda não comi nem um chocolate! Talvez venha daí o meu mau feitio! Saudades de pôr os pés na areia, também… Não penso noutra coisa.

🍃🌿🌸The Spring and Fiddlehead Ferns, a week abroad and some time with my friend @theconfessionsofahairstylist inspiring some braids. I’ve really missed braiding in a big way. I took a natural break because I had braided myself into a rut and needed to get free. Sometimes not pushing is the thing to do. 🌿🌱🍃Had a chance to watch Jenny Strebe work some braid magic, was such a treat. ❤ Also remembering that braiding is medicine for times in life where we need help integrating experiences. Helps facilitate the processing that many of us need to do after-the-fact. For both the braider and the braided. #freeyourhairbraid
